You Are Worthy

Of Being Seen

Not just for what you do, or who you care for, but for who you truly are.

Seen by others, yes – but first, by yourself.

You are worthy of being seen

Not just for what you do, or who you care for, but for who you truly are.

Seen by others, yes – but first, by yourself.

For the woman who’s been holding it all together and wondering,

Where did I go?

This is a soft-landing place for the parts of you that feel lost, stretched, or silenced.

Through stories, safe spaces and support, I guide thoughtful women through the work of reconnecting with who they truly are – beyond the roles, the rushing, and the weight they carry.

Let’s illuminate what’s been waiting within you all along.

Your journey starts here.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hi, I’m Benita.

I’m a writer, coach, mum of four, and a director of our farm business. And I know what it’s like to lose myself – and find my way back. More than once, actually.

For over a decade I’ve supported women to reclaim their clarity, confidence and sense of self through coaching, writing, speaking, and meaningful experiences. I live what I teach: holding space while holding so much else – just like you.

I work with thoughtful women – often mothers, often navigating life in regional areas – who are moving through identity shifts, burnout, matrescence, or the unease of not knowing where they belong anymore. Whether you’ve lost yourself in motherhood, in work, in the roles you carry – or you’re just not sure what you want anymore – my purpose is to offer safe, illuminating spaces to guide you back.

To reflect. To remember. To reconnect – so you feel more yourself than you have in a long time.

Even before you find the words for it - I see you from the start.

  • 13+ years of experience coaching women through identity, transition,

    and purpose

  • Certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner, podcast host, and author of The Art of Trying

  • Deep lived experience in motherhood, farm business leadership, and regional life

You Haven’t Disappeared.

Your Potential Hasn’t Either.

When you’ve been everything for everyone else, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself – and the spark that once lit you up.

  • You feel the pull of something more, but can’t quite name it

  • You’re ready to understand who you really are, embrace your gifts in this version of self, and explore who you’re becoming

  • You want space to reflect, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity

Some women I work with come to me feeling lost and overwhelmed. Others are doing okay but they’re at a crossroads, ready for a different question, a clearer path, or simply a trusted soundboard

I often think of it as your inner campfire. Still glowing. Always there. Just waiting to be rediscovered.

My role is to help you tend to that fire – through honest reflection, practical support, and compassionate guidance that meets you exactly where you are.

SHE WHO DOES THE HOLDING NEEDS TO BE HELD

Here Are A Few Of The

Ways We Can Work Together

1:1 CLARITY COACHING

Whether you’re standing at a crossroads, feeling lost, or like there just has to be more to life – this is a safe space to pause, be held, and reconnect with yourself.

These private coaching sessions offer guidance, intuitive reflection, and evidence-informed tools to help you find clarity, calm, and a deeper sense of direction.

Held in-person (Moama) or online.

RETREATS

A retreat isn’t a luxury, it’s a recalibration.

These intimate, in-person co-hosted experiences are designed to give you time away from the noise of everyday life so you can rest, realign, and remember what matters.

You’ll be deeply nourished in body, mind and spirit, and supported to reconnect with yourself and your next step.

Expect mindful movement, soulful conversations, solo space, coaching, and care.

Go home clearer, calmer, and more grounded in how it feels to live aligned and well.

BOOKS & WRITING

I write to illuminate what so often goes unspoken – especially in motherhood, identity, and the spaces in-between. My first book, The Art of Trying, shares the intimate story of my journey to conceive.

I’m currently writing my second, Seen Again - a reflection on the journey to your true self through the light and dark of motherhood.

Read my Substack or listen to the ME+Motherhood podcast for real stories and reflections on what it means to find your way back to yourself.

FEELING SEEN STARTS WITH SEEING YOURSELF FIRST.

Kind Words From My Clients

Working with Benita through Illuminate helped me understand myself better, and on a deeper level, how we function as humans.

So much of what we experience comes back to our choices, and with awareness, we can shift and make changes that bring us more into alignment.

I’m forever grateful for the knowledge shared and the clarity gained, it was an absolute game changer.

Even though the course is complete, I’ve revisited the information many times and continue to gain new insights each time.

It’s like a tool in your toolbox that every mother needs

★★★★★

It’s been a special journey and I highly recommend Benita’s work and the Illuminate coaching program to any mother who is craving something for herself that will ultimately give back positively to herself and to the precious people around her.

★★★★★

— Natasha

Benita has a beautifully genuine and special way of connecting with those around her. Her ability to listen and support others with her compassion, understanding, and life experience allows others to feel instantly at ease.

She has allowed me to slow down my mind and body on my motherhood journey, reflect on who I am as a person, be kinder to myself along the way, and, most importantly, make space in the everyday for gratitude for all of the wonderful blessings in my life.

Benita is one of life’s true gems!

★★★★★

— Betty-Lou

Working with Benita has been like a hug from afar. Embraced and noticed. Encouraged to discover what has belonged in you all along the way, no matter what stage of motherhood. For me – I was in the messy middle but seen from the start.

★★★★★

— Bec

Benita is a wise and empathetic soul and being her coaching client is a privilege. She is able to see the best in you, and helps you to see it too. As a coach she is supportive, thought-provoking, and nurturing.

★★★★★

— Kate

I use what Benita taught me on a daily basis and it’s made such a huge difference in my life. My head is so much quieter now and I’m a lot calmer with my kids.

We have better communication and talk more openly, without as much conflict. I absolutely recommend Benita’s work and the Illuminate program.

★★★★★

— Renee

Some of the tools and concepts Benita shared with us have changed my outlook completely and I still use them every day. I honestly don’t think I would have done half the things I’ve been able to accomplish if I hadn’t done this program.

★★★★★

— Sarah

We are very grateful that Benita Bensch has spoken with our mothers' groups regularly for several years.

She brings a wealth of personal and professional experience, and genuinely connects with our mothers.

To have Benita speak – normalising feelings, reframing concepts, and opening discussions around mental health and self-care – is incredibly important for them now and into their futures.

Thank you, Benita, for being so generous with your time to support the mothers in our community.

We are truly grateful.

★★★★★

— Sam, Child and Family Health Nurse, Goondiwindi

You learn so much about yourself from having kids, but then you lose yourself as well.

Benita’s Illuminate program helped me reconnect with who I am and what I want for my life. The game changer was learning that thoughts are just thoughts and they aren’t always true.

Now I can stop myself dwelling on the negative and change any thoughts holding me back.

★★★★★

— Jacqui

Benita is deeply inspiring and authentic. The way she shares her journey makes you feel seen – it reminds you that we’re all human, normal, all walking our own version of the same journey. She has this glow and magnetic aura that draws people in. Being in her presence feels like a big beautiful, soul-filling hug.

★★★★★

— Lisa

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk things through without judgement. It was amazing knowing that the time we had together was to focus on what I needed. I found the sessions gave me clarity and confidence.

★★★★★

— Pip

Since doing Benita’s Illuminate program, I am now consciously doing more things for myself and learning to put my oxygen mask on first before everyone else.

But the biggest shift has been changing the conversations in my head, I can now pull myself up when the negative talk starts instead of comparing myself against everyone else.
