What is Clarity Coaching?

Clarity Coaching is a safe, reflective space to explore what’s real and true for you. It’s where you can express what’s on your mind or heart and find your way forward – a space of respite and reflection.

As your coach, guide, and reflector I am a calm, intuitive presence to help you hear your own wisdom.

I’ll also challenge you, with care, and hold you accountable to what you say you’re going to do. I’m known for asking questions that open doors no one else can see, holding a vision for you when you aren’t ready, and believing in your potential before you can.

Through guided conversation, intuitive insight, and evidence-informed tools, we’ll uncover what’s beneath the surface and bring light to what’s next.

You’ll leave each session feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded in your own knowing.

Hi, I’m Benita, a Clarity Coach, writer, and mother of four.

I’m a Certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid Responder, and an experienced coach with over 12 years in personal development, business, and agriculture.

My approach blends intuition with evidence-informed tools, somatic awareness, and reflective conversation.

My background in motherhood studies and mental health, together with my awareness of nervous system regulation and trauma-informed principles, underpins how I work with my clients – with empathy, curiosity, and care.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after my initial session?

I like to start with one session so you can get a feel for the space and decide if we’re a fit for one another. If you choose to continue, the next step is a 3-session package which allows us to build rhythm, depth, and momentum. After completing a package, you’re welcome to begin another 3-session block or book ad-hoc sessions as needed.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so your spot can be offered to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged in full. I know life happens and I’m as compassionate as can be when rescheduling and cancellations need to occur.

Can I bring my baby or children with me?

Yes, they’re welcome in the studio with you, or in the background during an online session. I completely get mum life. That said, these sessions are designed as time just for you, so if you can create space to immerse yourself without distractions, that’s ideal. But if it’s the difference between booking or not, please don’t let it stop you – you’re always welcome as you are.

I’m not a mother. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. While many of my clients are mothers, Clarity Coaching supports women navigating change, identity, or purpose in any season of life.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. You can choose to meet in person at Restore Studio in Moama or online via Google Meet. Both options are equally supportive so please choose what helps you feel most at ease.

How do I prepare for my session?

When you book, you’ll answer two short questions to help me make our time together most meaningful. Beyond that, there’s nothing to prepare. Simply come as you are, and we’ll begin with whatever feels present for you.

How often should I book sessions?

Once we get into a 3-session package I encourage clients to book a session every 2–3 weeks to build consistency and space for reflection. Afterward, you can return for ad-hoc sessions whenever you feel called.

Is this like therapy or counselling?

Clarity Coaching is a reflective, forward-focused process rather than therapy. While emotions and stories are welcomed, the emphasis is on insight, alignment, and gentle action – helping you reconnect with your truth and move forward with clarity.

Do you work with men or couples?

My Clarity Coaching is focused on women. For family or business facilitation (such as farming family planning), please reach out and we can explore the best fit.
