Farming families are shaped by more than plans, figures and job descriptions. They are also shaped by stories:
Who has always made the decisions.
Whose work is most visible.
What each person is believed to be good at.
Which roles are considered permanent.
What the family believes must be protected.
Where appropriate, I use thoughtful questions to help families notice the assumptions and language influencing a practical business conversation.
That reflection is always connected back to decisions, responsibilities and agreed action.

My role is not to coach, advise or make decisions for your family. I help you clarify what has been agreed and
leave with practical next steps.
