The pressure is high, the rhythms are seasonal, and decisions often carry weight far beyond the paddock.

I support farming families by creating space for clearer communication, better decision-making and stronger relationships, so everyone feels heard, valued and confident in the direction you're heading.

To ensure the most effective foundation for this work, I offer these services exclusively to Farm Owners Academy (FOA) members.

How I Support Farming Families

I offer two pathways of support:

  • Quarterly Meeting Facilitation

  • Organisational Chart and Role Clarity Facilitation

Both services are designed to bring ease, clarity and confidence to your family business.

Quarterly Meeting Facilitation

Quarterly planning is one of the most powerful ways to sustain momentum and stay aligned as a family and business.

As your facilitator, I guide the conversation, keep the structure flowing and create a balanced, neutral space where each voice can be heard.

This allows your family to:

  • reflect honestly on the past quarter

  • agree on priorities for the next

  • make decisions with clarity

  • strengthen communication and accountability

  • update your quarterly plan

Facilitation is available via Google Meet or in person within the Echuca/Moama region.

A simple pre-meeting questionnaire helps us set the agenda and ensure our time together is productive and grounded.

Organisational Chart and Role Clarity Facilitation

Clear roles are essential for harmony, efficiency and wellbeing – especially in family businesses where lines can easily blur.

This is a guided, sensitive process that helps your family understand:

  • who does what

  • who decides what

  • where responsibilities overlap

  • what expectations need revisiting

  • how to create a structure that supports your goals and relationships

What The Process Looks Like (in simple outline):

  • Initial group session to explore current roles, gaps, pressures, conflicts and future goals

  • Individual consultations with every family member involved in the business, including Human Design profiling in collaboration with my Human Design Coach (this helps us understand each person’s communication style, strengths and decision-making patterns)

  • A small amount of homework by each party to contribute to the intended outcome

  • Final group session to confirm roles, responsibilities and decision pathways in a structure that works for everyone

You’ll walk away with clarity, alignment and a structure you can actually use.
