I speak to the moments women carry quietly: the identity shifts, the unseen load, the seasons we walk through without language.
My talks are polished but they’re not performances.
They’re honest, reflective conversations that invite women to exhale, reconnect with themselves, and feel deeply understood.
I weave storytelling, lived experience, nervous system awareness, and my work as a clarity coach to create spaces where insight, connection and gentle transformation come naturally.
All speaking topics can be delivered as:
45 minute Keynote
90 minute Interactive Keynote
3 hour Workshop
Available in person or online.
A powerful, story-rich keynote drawn from my book Seen Again.
This talk explores what happens when a woman disappears inside the role of mother, the emotional weight she carries, and the journey from invisibility to self-recognition.
Honest, validating, and deeply relatable – especially for women who feel lost in their own lives.
Best suited for: mothers, women’s wellbeing events, councils, libraries, community groups, parenting organisations, rural women.
Your inner fire never goes out. It simply shifts shape.
This talk guides audiences through the five stages of self-illumination:
smouldering
flickering
burning
glowing and
illuminating,
offering language, understanding and a path back to themselves.
Best suited for: women’s conferences, leadership groups, wellbeing retreats, rural networks, community development events.
A grounded exploration of cycles, pressure, capacity and the realities of being a woman – particularly a woman in rural life.
This talk helps attendees:
honour their current season
reconnect with their nervous system
soften unrealistic expectations
find steadier ground within themselves
Best suited for: rural audiences, agriculture conferences, women in farming groups, councils, community wellbeing days, staff PD sessions.
We all carry stories we didn’t write – about who we should be, how we should show up, and what makes us “good enough.”
This keynote dives into generational conditioning, people-pleasing, perfectionism and the inherited narratives women unconsciously live by.
A powerful invitation to rewrite your story from the inside out.
Best suited for: women in leadership, schools/education staff wellbeing, corporate wellbeing events, women’s retreats, community groups.
A validating, compassionate exploration of the identity shift of matrescence and the ways a mother can lose, and find, herself through the transition to motherhood.
Rooted in lived experience, research and personal story, this talk helps women understand that there was never anything wrong with them, they were simply becoming someone new.
Best suited for: mothers, early years professionals, maternal & child health networks, councils, parenting organisations, women’s circles and retreats.
Women on the land hold families, farms, communities and emotional worlds together, often without recognition or language for what they’re carrying.
This keynote shines a light on invisible labour, inherited roles and outdated narratives shaping rural women’s identity like: the backbone, the helper, the one who “just gets on with it.”
A transformative talk for rural communities and agricultural networks seeking stronger connection, clarity and acknowledgement for the role women play and how we can empower them.
Best suited for: rural women, agriculture networks, farming families, agribusiness conferences, regional councils, community development events.
For those wanting a deeper, more immersive experience, in 2026 I’m offering a flagship 3 hour workshop based on the themes of my Seen Again book that blends story, reflection and creative expression.
The Seen Again Story Circle is a powerful three-hour workshop designed to help women reconnect with their inner voice, their identity and the stories that shape them. Inspired by narrative therapy principles and the lived themes within Seen Again, this workshop offers a safe, inclusive and creative space for women to explore who they are beneath the roles they play.
Storytelling is one of the most meaningful ways we heal, illuminate, connect and express our true selves. Through guided conversation, reflective writing and gentle story-sharing, participants begin to reauthor their personal stories: revisiting and reshaping the meanings they’ve carried, so new possibilities and perspectives can emerge.
Creative artefacts will be collected from these workshops across Australia to contribute to a digital Seen Again story collection on my website.
There is also an option to invite a local artist to contribute a creative expression component, though this is not required for every workshop.
Welcome & Grounding: tea, introductions, agreements for emotional safety
Exploring Story: guided reflection, journalling prompts and group discussion
Creative Expression: optional art-making or expression aligned with the group
Story Circle: small-group sharing and supportive reflection
Closing Ritual: reflection, completion and acknowledgement of individual insights
