Seen Again: The Immersion

WED 2 - SAT 5 SEPT, 2026 || A three‑night, in‑person luxury experience

limited to six women

Step fully out of your everyday roles, and into a sanctuary of wellness and connection

Seen Again: The Immersion is a three‑night, intimate, neuro-affirming experience I’m hosting for women who feel the need to step away from the day-to-day and into a slower, more spacious way of being.

It create distance from daily responsibilities so your nervous system can exhale.

Over these few days you may find yourself moving from the parts of you that feel invisible or unseen... towards feeling seen again - starting with seeing yourself first.

The focus is on rest, space, meaningful conversation and feeling seen.

Our Destination

I’ve handpicked Sky High, a stunning, private home at Mount Franklin near beautiful Daylesford, Victoria.

I wanted us to be above daily life – literally and metaphorically – in a place that naturally invites perspective, space, and a sense of possibility.

This is somewhere to step back from the noise and familiar patterns, and to see things more clearly.

Sky High offers:

  • expansive views across the landscape

  • beautifully designed, calming spaces

  • a heated plunge pool overlooking the valley

  • outdoor fire and gathering spaces

Once we arrive, there’s nowhere

else we need to be.

What the Immersion will be like

This immersion is designed to be a slow, early spring escape where you are truly cared for.

It's about rest, meaningful conversation, and reconnecting with yourself - in your own time and in your own way.

There will be guided moments as a group, along with plenty of time for you to spend how you choose.

You might use this time to:

  • reflect on what’s been unfolding

  • work on a creative or professional project

  • sit with a decision or transition

  • rest more deeply than you have in a long time

You might use time for yourself to:

  • reflect on what’s been unfolding in your life

  • work on a creative or professional project

  • sit with a decision or transition

  • rest more deeply than you have in a long time

Think:

  • Hot coffee overlooking the valley.

  • No deadlines. No one needing you.

  • The warmth of the heated plunge pool.

  • Nourishing meals, lovingly prepared for you.

  • A serene, luxurious home tucked out of town.

  • 75 minute in-house massage and facial.

  • A gentle morning yoga session.

  • Meditation, reflection and conversations with me.

  • Walks in the crisp mountain air.

  • Unhurried mornings. Slow evenings.

  • Time together, and time just for you.
