The Art of Trying book

The Art of Trying is my raw and real story of what it’s like when infertility gets in the way of becoming a mother.

It’s an intimate, authentic account of my journey to conceive, told over a seven year period. The journal I kept over that period was the catalyst for me to complete the story and share it, so that my personal experiences would help others to feel less alone.

The Art of Trying goes deep into the dark, and the light, of what I experienced and learned in order to receive the most precious gifts in life. It broaches the subjects of infertility, fertility treatments (including IVF), pregnancy loss, endometriosis, mental health, the strength of mind, body and relationships. It includes photographs and original journal entries which provide a snapshot of life through my eyes at the time.

The Art of Trying became an Amazon International Bestseller in the Fertility category when it was published in November 2019. Click here to read reviews.
